Dress-up

Maddie loves playing dress up in her playroom with all of the dress up clothes she got for Christmas. She loves looking in her mirror after she puts on an outfit.
Her favorites are skirts, shoes, and purses. She is truly a girl at heart!

Build-A-Bear

We took Maddie to Build-A-Bear to make her very own teddy bear (or bunny rabbit...since that is what she picked out). She had fun pushing the peddle to stuff the bunny, giving it a bath, brushing it, and dressing it in an outfit (with a little help from Daddy) that she picked out.

Maddie played with her new kitchen set for almost a half an hour before she decided to open her other presents.

The day before Christmas Eve we went to Silver Dollar City's Old Time Christmas in Branson with Grandma and Grandpa Light who came down from Ohio. Maddie got to decorate her very own cookie there and had a good time eating it and making a mess afterwards

Future gymnast

Maddie and some of her friends went to an open gym at a local gymnastics complex. She went on all of the equipment they had there and had a blast. Do we see an Olympic gold medal in her future?

Trick or treating

On Halloween, we went trick or treating around our neighborhood. Maddie loved saying "trick or treat" and "thank you" at everyone's door. Although she was a little scared of some of the costumes that she saw.

A couple of weekends ago we all went to a Halloween party at our neighbors house. Maddie had fun showing off her ladybug costume, jumping in the bounce house, and painting a pumpkin.

Apple Orchard

Our local MOMS club took a trip to the apple orchard at Sunshine Valley Farms. Maddie had fun learning about apples, walking through the apple orchard, and picking her very own apple from a tree.

Jump Mania

Maddie and her friend Mollie went to Jump Mania in Springfield. Maddie loved playing on all of the inflatables that they had there. She had a blast climbing, jumping, and sliding.
